100th Post !! In Edinburgh
The flight to Edinburgh was a little tiring but i guess i can't complain much since MAS Airlines provides one of the best services on board. From the seat to the meals and also the 93 channel tv with games available on demand, what more can anyone ask for?
Last view of Malaysia, never noticed before the lights of KL city were so prettyThe seniors in Edin are like angles sent from above. They came to chauffeured us from the airport to their doorstep. That's a super big deal when i'm carrying 40 over kilos of luggage.

Unexpected Memories
I was so looking forward to the Merdeka weekend last week cos that's when everyone was suppose to get off from work and Par-tee.Nevertheless not everything turns out the way I planned it,that's for sure. Our friday drink and catch up session and saturday dinner at Tao's became a 3 person affair for lunch instead. It was at a fancy place called 32 at the Mansion. The place was absolutely breath taking, imagine a seaside double storey mansion with home styled gardens laden with palm trees and and wait for it...a private little beach.I can't tell any architecture from it's era but it was definitely old since it was partitioned to have many many sections giving a different atmosphere in each one. There was this one section with huge chandeliers and flowy ribbons together with a stage for a band.Definitely wedding reception material.Food of course matched the atmosphere and service was good.Value for money. To die for lamb racks.
Party
Later that night,Shien had convinced me to go for a party at Eric's place. What i tot was going to be a casual appearance (meaning show up and leave) became much more then that when booze was concerned.Plus i unexpectedly met a long long lost friend from college,Kuok Thong, not really lost but he's been away. When old friends meet, memories fly and gossip gets passed on.Reminiscing back to the good old INTEC days were just so nostalgic. It seems like it was just yesterday that i left home. But now i'll be joining my ex-roomie in Scotland. That memorable night,i reached an all new height when it came to drinking due to the failure of my 3 advisers in a game. Thanks KT,Jian Huat and some other guy i didn't know. All i can say is,it's the most embarrassing moment to date and i had a sleepover. For the record Shien, yes that's the most fun i've had in a while.I felt like one of those little girls who chatted till they fell asleep.Yay.All is well when we woke up to the view of penang bridge. The ultimate experience, nothing can ever top that moment.
Paintball
The fun didn't stop there either.I had my first taste at paintball yesterday. All i remember is getting hit and damn it hurts. But that's what people call experience, rite?

The Road to Edinburgh
For the time being, there are like a millions things to worry about but i just can't seem to be bothered.Probably the 8 months of waiting has lowered the excitement level by quite a lot. Many people advise me to do things that students do before leaving for overseas.
"Do the things that you will miss" they say.But what is it that i will really miss?I still haven't answered for myself on that matter.I can tell you what i won't be missing...Hokkien Mee.This will definitely irk my Penang friends, that's for sure.
Could it be spending time with my family? But they're not around most of the time anyways. No need to work meh?If grandma was still around that would be a whole different story.
Food in Pg?Been there done that, anymore will make me obese.
Hanging out with friends?Done most of it but we can never get enough.
Shoes?Clothes?Shopping?
Definitely not going to be able to figure it out tonight. All i can feel is this fear that i will leave something behind, something that i will really miss...but what is it?

Sydney Trip-Savouring it all
I couldn’t help myself and it was a Direct Factory Outlet ,okay.I went shopping. That took up a whole day and a lot of my luggage space too.Hehe.
That morning itself i woke up to the alarm that we have to call and make a booking for Hurricane’s Grill. According to everyone, it’s another must go place and I couldn’t agree more.
This is what happens without adult supervision.
I did not cave into the peer pressure of using my hands despite Fred's constant taunting with his piercing stares.Although everyone else did, apparently it taste better. So they say.
Day 11- Bye Bye Sydney.
