Fong Lye Restaurtant @ Gardens

Went to try this taiwanese reastaurant in Garden's on Tuesday.Karen,Hui Yen,Shian Yi and I was just settling for any food that won't flair up Karen's gastritis after canceling the Flying Chillies off our list but i guess we got a little bit more then expected.

The glam chopstick made the first appearanceThen came along this amusing sightAh Yen's spare part dish(consist mostly of pig intestine)Ah Yi's fresh tomato with egg dish.My steamed fishy...Yummy..Plus plus my strawberry dessert. It was very strawberrish. They didn't skimp on this oneNeedless to say the food was best gila. All of it came with appetizers in crescent plates and a lil bow of bitter gourd soup ( i know most will say eww here,i know i did but don't judge a book by it's cover, really super nice) .It's not just merely about the taste or the presentation, the food managed to give that home cooked food feel with the near traditional preparation. The moment the food hit the palate,it just gave the me the homesick feeling.I wanna go home...

Plus point since the workers wore purple t-shirts.Purple...i like. And price was reasonable too.Definitely hafta go back.Anyone wanna come?
